Hi. I tried searching the forum and Googling but couldn't find the answer to this question. Apologies in advance if I'm being a bit dumb about that!

My year ends on 18th September 2022 as per my Aegean M&B gold card. I am flying on that day. Will my miles be accrued for the following year's renewal/attainment, or immediately "lost" in terms of tier escalation?

I suspect that I know the answer and I'm not going to like it! Assuming that they would be lost, has anybody had experience of their customer services making any one-off exceptions or showing any flexibility around this date and the date of accrual?
