Now that the Gold lounge is open and with the FCL/TPR due to open shortly, it should already be vastly better than before at all hours by the time you fly.
There are relatively few flights departing around your time (around 10 flights in the +/- 1hr around your flight, half of them on 737s), so the lounge should be quiet.
