Delta should have someone come around the counter, quickly look at credentials and wave people in without the double-checking on computers when there is any kind of line longer than a minute. All the elaborate cross checking, done in the tedious way it is done, feels like they don’t trust their customers.
Well in 5 days they'll need to be scanning everyone to deny access to people who are more than 3 hours ahead of their flight.
