No. The Status Passes
do not grant the PAX any actual Status (contrary to the name). They only grant certain privileges to AC controlled assets. It grants close to everything an E50 would have but does not give them the actual status.

Not officially. Passport control may not look very closely and you may get through but the lounge would likely question why you are there since they are generally only expecting pax on the outgoing AC flight.
