So with the elimination of casserole dishes, does it mean they will revert to cooking in metal trays in the ovens and then the flight attendants will plate each entrée? I thought the casserole dishes came about in the first place because the FA's griped about all the extra work required due to elimination of a extra FA galley position. To that extent I really wish UA would release more details as to the improvements.
