I just did. The fare basis is an instant upgrade, but it was booked under First Flexible, so I'm taking my chances. I looked up the fare rules, and it still isn't immediately obvious what happens in case of cancellation. If worst comes to worst, I'll have to take an unexpected trip by May of next year, I suppose.
