Team was there to drive me to T5, escort me through immigration, security and negotiate with BA to allow me to board. I made my flight. Would not have happened without GS. I have had similar experiences with GS in NRT and MUC too. Now if only the team at FRA (who has never once met me for a tight connection) would get trained the same way LHR does I would enjoy connecting through there more.
I absolutely love the GS team in LHR!
