I have had similar experiences with GS in NRT and MUC too. Now if only the team at FRA (who has never once met me for a tight connection) would get trained the same way LHR does I would enjoy connecting through there more.
Very impressive given the different airline alliances. I'm curious though - how did they know about the BA flight? I assume they were independently booked so was this something you had notified / asked of GS in advance of the trip or were the tickets somehow actually connected?
