STT did have a proper catering kitchen prior to COVID-19, iirc it was called Goddard In-Flight Catering and it was a local In-Flight Catering chain that catered airlines in a number of Caribbean countries.

Whether Goddard survived COVID-19 or if DL considers STT a priority I have truly have no idea.
