Entry is by using your special coded keycard, or just by knocking on the door.
Mr. Gilles is the club lounge manager and is always ready to help, a true gentleman and figure of French gentlemanship.
Mr. Henry & Mr. Morgan are roaming the lounge keeping things neat and clean and during afternoon tea offer to bring a pour teas and coffee or go around during happy hour offering cocktails or champagne.
