* Top-up points, which are extra points that you can purchase if you're just a little short of the points required for an Award.

* Our most frequently redeemed Economy Award flights will be available for fewer points, thanks to our new 10-zone Award flight redemption table: In most other cases, the number of points needed for an Award flight will increase.
* A choice of one-way or return Award flight bookings.
* Introduction of a service fee for making assisted Award flight bookings.
* A simplified Award flight point calculation process.
* Changes to earning Status credits in line with the new 10-zone table.
* Loyalty bonus to replace Upgrade credits.
* A new Award flight upgrade process and eligibility.
* Flight Upgrades will no longer be available on heavily discounted airfares.
