Might this also be the case for SFO-AMS on 5/14? I am flying that route and it was pretty wide open in both Polaris and Premium Plus a few weeks ago. I remember the day prior to booking there actually being confirmable upgrade space to both cabins. Checked last week and all of a sudden it is zeroed out in both Polaris and Premium Plus. Could be that all of those seats have sold, but it seemed like a very stark shift to me.
Interestingly, if you search for SFO-AMS on that date there are *VERY* few routes with any J or O availability. Maybe there is just something going on in Amsterdam that week?
