I would say the sky high places ruined our trip to Hawaii. I tell everyone I know to wait and not visit Hawaii right now. Prices are crazy. Rooms that were decent that used to cost $400 are now $1000. Restaurants charge $30 for a burger. We stayed at the Andaz and heard so many great blog posts about the breakfast. Was so excited to see what my Globalist free $50 buffet was like. It was fine but if someone told me it would cost $50 I give it a meh for a review. With such poor value in Hawaii, I have no desire to return anytime soon. But I am wondering who are all these people who are willing to pay so much? Why would they return to Hawaii?
