Tomorrow’s 192 from DFW to LHR has switched from a 3 class 772 to a 4 class 77W. I was originally in 2K but the Home Screen now shows 7A. However, when I go into change my seat it shows me still sitting in 2K. If they open up the F cabin for FLUB (currently blocked) I would hope I stand a good chance of being allocated a seat as GGL. The question is - do I need to actively try and get a seat at OLCI or is it more commonly done by the system automatically if they open up the cabin?
i was on the same flight this time last week. Also changed from 4 class to 3, and I was able to select 2K. However it was run as a 3 class flight with no First, and I had to deselect my seat at check in. Luckily I got a decent seat, but I wouldn’t pin your hopes on staying in F…
