She asked for another return date and gave her one in September At this point she got a supervisor involved which is where I was put on hold about 6 times over the 2 hour period. The MIA-LHR is now on AA 6959 codeshare on a BA A380. On a previous call to change this ticket I was advised the return TATL required an AA operated flight. The fact BA flight was allowed as operator should make it easier to change in future as BA has more A inventory .
Indeed, as well as having a generally nicer F experience.
