Taking a bus from EZE to the City will not provide you with the "best possible experience." I don't know what more to say than that unsatisfying parental response, but I'm sure most others here would agree that "because I said so" is the appropriate reason for "why can't I take the bus from EZE?"
Also, most taxis in the City are decent - not all, but most. I also find the Cabify app useful, more so than Uber.
