I booked two AI tickets on the web, long haul international in J. I suspect a flight was cancelled - no longer shows on their website, nor on EF. I haven't heard anything from AI, but the PNR won't come up on the web site. Weird because it happened immediately after I spoke to them to put in my FF numbers. I will of course contact them to change flights - but would they really not contact me in advance after a flight cancellation? (admittedly it is 8 weeks to the flight)
They will inform you, but in all probability closer to the date. AI's IT systems are not the best so it sometimes takes time for things to update and sync across various places.
