Do many D1 passengers drink in the lounge or wait to be served the better stuff on board? F&B on board is entertainment to some extent, versus using the lounge to work. Of course, the decision making changes if one plans to have a meal in the lounge before boarding and then to immediately try to sleep on the flight.
