PQP for flights booked on 016 stock is based upon dollar amount (before taxes and fees) spent, while PQP on non-016 stocks is based upon a complicated formula with BIS miles, fare class and preferred/non preferred partners factor. If I look at the table included in the Wikipost for that thread, there seems to be a fare code below each cell in the row for a given airline. If this is correct, P fare classes are not listed in any sort of earnings (assuming a non 016- ticket).
