Cheap source of UA PQP's. With RDM's earned, valued at $0.015, it works out to about $0.40 per PQP.
I believe this books into class P. Earns no RDMs. Also you need to look at the PQP calculation for these fares on the UA website. The calculation of PQPs on ET fares is under footnote #1 saying that PQPs are earned on ET travel when booked as a UA codeshare (016- ticket code ... see quote below). I no longer chase UA status so I am not an authoritative source for exactly how PQPs are earned on all partners but my previous experience leads me to believe that only UAs JV partners are reliable sources of PQPs.

If your ticket was purchased directly from united.com, by calling the United Customer Contact Center (including a United specialty desk, such as United Groups, United Meetings or the Premier Priority Desk), from a United representative at the airport, or through a United ticket office, you'll earn miles based on the fare footnote 1,footnote 2 and your MileagePlus status. Please reference the "Ticket number starts with 016" section below.footnote 3
