It will continue to come back in parts, but the question really is under what conditions will it be delivered. There are labor and supply savings to continue to be had by hotel owners/operators/contractors going cheap and trying to remain as cheap as possible as long as possible on hotel housekeeping-related matters. There are also risks by going cheap and remaining cheap on hotel housekeeping matters. But in this business environment all those near-sighted business interests don't have their glasses on to focus on the longer-term.
