this. Make your booking as a brand new reservation, not going into your canceled itins and starting from within the canceled PNR. On the payment screen, there should be ‘FFC’ as a payment option, and you should be able to check which ones you want to use (restriction being they can only be used to fund travel for the same pax as the original itin had). If one FFC for some reason doesn’t show up, believe there is an option to manually enter FFC info to retrieve, as well.
