Western Union rate today was 192 as I just sent myself money in Argentina. I received 200 yesterday at a cambio (using all the USD cash I had on hand). The Western Union experience is easy (now that I have gone through it once) and the option for WU to take the money from your bank account was also very easy (sign in to your bank with your bank login / pw, on the WU system, and then one text verification from your bank). WU systems in Arg were 'down' today so I had to go a few times to collect the money as I waited for the systems to come back up, and had to find the location that keeps large amounts of money, but overall WU was a favorable experience.
