I was sat in the CCR T5 terrace having breakfast this morning when a gentleman came and sat not far away from me. A CCR team agent came to see him upon which he complained about having just flown in from Riyadh in FIRST but not being driven from the plane to the terminal like another passenger who was escorted off the plane first along with their PA and driven to the terminal. He wasn’t happy that the passenger had brushed his luggage a side to get past and that he had to walk. The agent said that the car service is only guaranteed for Premiers and she knows that there was a Premier on that flight.
The guy was clearly annoyed at not being important enough.
