"Thanks for your feedback, it will help us decide if we will roll out what we are doing here to other routes or still need to make changes" Nothing about going backwards. But this is UA so you're probably right, it's probably "Thanks for participating. We have successfully done the bare minimum to satisfy our customers that we are working on improving before they jump to AA/DL. Hopefully we can hold out til the next pandemic scare before having to spend anymore money.
