I concur...I did IAD ADD DXB last Saturday. Note that from the time I landed at DXB, took the mandatory test (no real lines...every person for themselves), went through immigration, picked up my baggage, and bought a SIM card, it was two hours. I expected, wrongly, that there would be an immigration line for premium passengers, but I guess that only happens for Emirates' premium customers.

(Note that DXB will have changes for the better starting 28 February, but one should check those changes for their individual situation.)
