I didn't have to worry about 128. My connecting 7715, on the other hand... scheduled 08:15 departed 12:25.
Gate frozen shut. Then some aircraft doors frozen shut. Then snow in engines that needed to be shoveled out, and there was only one crew at YYZ doing that, and they had just started a 45 minute break when they were called. Then the usual deicing. Those were the delays they had communicated to us. We boarded after the door issues were resolved.
