My first question is what how does one find the balance in the gift card if one does not have the card number and/or the PIN of one's gift card on hand.
I have one gift card - but I have lost the email with the PIN number; I only have the card number.

a) is there any way of seeing the list of gift cards with outstanding balances (perhaps similar to the list of "my bookings")

Over the last 5 years, I have bought several gift cards. I believe I have used up all the balances of the older gift cards. But I can not be sure that I do not have some outstanding balance in these older cards. I now have no records of both the card number and the PIN numbers of these cards. So how do I locate these cards, if such cards with an outstanding balance are still out there in existence?
