The letters denote fare buckets (described here) and are the number of tickets being sold by the airline, rather than the number of seats available. Generally 9 = there are 9 or more tickets in this fare bucket being sold and 0 = fare bucket sold out, anything inbetween shows limited availability. The more 9's you see the quieter the flight usually is.
BTW, availability for your flight has changed since Pilot checked: F1 A0 C0 J2 R0 D2 I0 W0 P0 Y5 B5 H5 K4 M3 L3 G3 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 E0
