Gotta say that during the January meltdowns, AA has been rock solid for me. I had 3 backup flights DEN-SEA booked all in a row on WN, all cancelled. Then my next-day SEA-CMH on AS cancelled thru the end of the month. AA is 6/6 in on-time departures for me in Jan. despite deicing, snow in DEN and SEA, etc. Ops are more important to me than equipment/amenities at this point.
