Yes, and you also earn MQDs as if you had paid with cash. However, where you do lose some RDMs on the trip is if you otherwise would have charged the ticket to a DL AmEx card that gives miles on the purchase, although you should have already earned those miles on the card when you paid for the ticket that generated the ecredit. IIRC you get double RDM on the Reserve card and five times MR points on a regular nonaffiliated AmEx Plat charge card.
