Yeah I tried to do that yesterday and the first chat person said she could do it but of course it took so long to be connected I was out getting dinner and didn’t have the details to provide.
The next chat person claimed he couldn’t do that and then of course today it went from 2x confirmable RUC space to just 1x so I’m still waiting for a chat person that can use my eCredit to book 1 F ticket (and I’ll just use the AMEX Aspire credit there) and then book 1 Y ticket for my wife with RUC (and use the Plat credit and the gift card)
