The 'Dinner' is Friday night. Saturday would interfere with
mattp1987's race preparation. We're aiming for 8 PM to allow afternoon flight arrival attendees to not be concerned about delays. If you're planning on arriving on Friday, there's a nice direct flight, DL1721 MSP-MSY, 10:45 AM - 1:32 PM. It's like a high flying river cruise down the Mississippi but doesn't follow every twist and turn.
