I saw some University of HK professor interviewed on CNN.
They are aiming to get 90% of the population vaccinated by April and 70% boosted by May.
Then they'd open up to China and the world in June or so.
Vaccination rate of elderly HK is only 20%.
So they're planning to require vaccine passports for things like going to restaurants and entertainment venues.
Boosters will be Pfizer or Sinopharm.
