If your statement balance is negative your UR points balance for that card will be reduced.

mia. That's fair, but I was hoping I had found a loophole. It sounds like the only loophole would be to transfer all the points to another card and then close, rather than PC, the SR. Of course, that would mean forfeiting the rest of the annual fee, which would be pro-rata refunded if I would PC to Freedom. Do I understand all that?
