I cancelled a 2-4-1 over a week ago and I’ve had the miles re-credited, but not the companion voucher.

Last month I flew LHR-DFW-MCO and MIA-LHR i’ve had the miles and TP’s for transatlantic sectors but not the DFW-MCO
