You don't mention where you are coming from, but I'm going to assume that it's someplace with not-so-pleasant weather in February...
My vote would normally be for Hawaii, but if you are coming from the East Coast you just won't have enough time to enjoy it. Other good options are something Carribean (if there's anything left after the hurricane season) or the gulf cost of Mexico.
