I have not found the proximity of the front PE seats to the lavs bothersome at all.

Some find the legrests add comfort to the seat. I am 6' tall and I found they did not provide any additional comfort.

As with any other bulkhead seat:
- There is no storage for personal item in front of you
- Screens need to be stowed away during take off and landing so you can't start using the IFE right away or use it for the last 15-30mins of the flight.
