You should be able to see them here, after logging in:
https://www.delta.com/myprofile/certificates
They're also in the mobile app under My Wallet => Certificates & eCredits.
If a RUC is used and the associated ticket is reissued then you will see "Closed" next to it. You might also be able to tell whether you cleared a comp upgrade or if they used an RUC by whether your upgraded boarding pass said OU (comp) or OY (certificate).
