I have however reached out to GoHawaii by email and they confirmed that foreign proof of Vax is now acceptable (as long as the vaccine's FDA or WHO approved) and that with that no additional NAAT test by a TTP is required (Hawaiian Airlines said the same through their Twitter team)
Real Time confirmation: FT flew SFO-HNL on 8th Nov. Non-US vaccinated. Antigen test 3 days before travel date. No wristband. Landed in HNL. Had to deal with Screening @ HNL. Join the No-Wrist Band line. The Screening agent verified the Docs had uploaded & was given Exemption.

Have you uploaded your Foreign proof of Vax as yet?
