Bumping with another request for any recent thoughts on this hotel? I have a stay booked in a few weeks but I now see the Leeds Hilton is coming out marginally cheaper so considering a switch. I have HH gold if that would matter? I have generally lost hope of upgrades etc anyway these days.
No recent experience, plenty of past experiences;
Rooms always seems decent.
Staff needed prompts to provide upgrades.
Parking was my major issue, seemed like you needed a funny handshake to get a space in their own parking, otherwise parking was an absolute nightmare.
If you haven’t got a car to park, I’d probably stay here, if you have I’d use the Hilton.
