I wouldn’t cancel Vancouver for Singapore IMO. I’m currently here and there are virtually no restrictions here (except mask wearing and social distancing). Life here feels very normal and only need a negative test 72 hours prior to arrival. However you need to bring identification with you and your coronavirus vaccination records to enter a lot of places including restaurants.
