I can understand this is good news for anyone who has needed to travel to or via SIN and not been able to. It’s particularly difficult to be separated from family so that’s a bonus for anyone in that situation.
Some business travellers will also see the effort as very worthwhile after all this time but holidaymakers? Really? If it was my preferred destination I’d certainly wait until things were a little less onerous. Others may have a different view.
