Yes, you can access any Alaska Lounge with an AC Membership, either departing or arriving, as long as you are flying an AS or AA flight that day.
In LAX, I often clear Security at T6, TSA Pre never takes more than a couple of minutes. I visit the AL & then use the airside tunnels to T5 or T4.
