Dropping a major function for 6 weeks with 6 days notice doesn't sound very 'planned' to me. Given the out of the blue nature of this and the seeming need for 6 weeks to 'improve' the HHA functionality, I'm surprised that the IT team thinks they can 'turn off' HHA administration in such a short space of time.
