Although I was part of the Data Breach, I decided for personal reasons not to join this action. I have read along and I have wondered how much would end up in the Lawyer's pockets. I know that my Amex details were attempted to be used fraudulently as they Amex security contacted me; although as soon as I had heard about the breach I changed the card totally. I have suffered no loss so decided that I had more important things to do with my life and I say that without prejudice for the reasons of others. I say this purely because I am truly shocked at the fact that it would seem that several people are still waiting to be paid.
