CANNOT:
- Leave home
- Leaving the hotel room (in case you voluntarily decide to isolate yourself in a hotel).
- Receive visits
- Go for a pet walk
- Go out to work
- Attend educational establishments
- Use the public transport
- Use a Health passport or mobility pass
That would be a hard no for me, as empty as the W Patagonia route must be.
