AA (and other airlines) are getting some brutal publicity due to the overzealous FAs and the mask policy.....and rightfully so. I even had an AA shrew tell me to pull up my mask walking on a concourse.....nowhere near a plane. I passed up the opportunity to engage and continued on to my gate.....
