Row 2: power socket remained red throughout flight.. turned green on landing.. possible crew had power to seats set incorrectly midflight thinking they were ON, then flipped the other way for landing, which turned them ON rather than OFF? (Crew were FAR too busy to be bothered with such Qs.. they were struggling with a 14 row club cabin).
