I'm getting a little grief from the SO (a nurse in infectious diseases no less) about us getting a Covid test the morning before we leave. I say we don't need it cuz we're vaxed and have the CDC card as well as the NY Excelsior pass. Since the blurb I posted from Iberia says "vaccination certificate". I assuming what we have is enough. They know we're not EU and shouldn't have the EU digital cert. Thanks.
Given the current situation and speed at which requirements can change, I take a proctored Binax Antigen test before departing for an INTL destination even if it is clear a test isn't needed. I do this for 2 reasons: Make sure I don't test positive and to avoid any possible confusion with the check in agent who might wrongly insist a test is needed.
